Electric hob units
For those who do not want to install a gas system for the boat kitchen, an excellent alternative is represented by the electric hobs which, using the induction system, heat only the plate in contact with the pot with minimal energy consumption. The proposed plans are all powered at 220 V so it will be necessary to have an inverter to use them at anchor.
