For all the products purchased on the italian national territory the Law protects the consumer from defective, malfunctioning items that therefore don’t carry out the use declared by the seller already at the time of delivery, even if the problem is found late.
This compliance warranty is valid for 2 years from receipt of the goods and can be invoked by contacting the seller who, having verified the damage, will recondition or replace the goods at his expense.
Compliance warranty counts only for those defects already existing at the time of the delivery. For all breakdowns due to wear or inappropriate use of the product or to carelessness of the consumer are not covered by any warranty.
