Marine binoculars
Useful during navigation especially in adverse weather conditions and in cases of poor visibility, nautical binoculars are distinguished by being completely waterproof, covered in rubber to be used easily even with one hand on the helm and with a wide field of vision. Marine binoculars have a 7x50 magnification ratio that allows you to see with excellent brightness despite fog, rain or at night. Some models are equipped with a bearing compass to be able to visually identify the objects or boats indicated by the radar or lighthouses and entrances to the ports indicated by the chartplotters. The marine binoculars are equipped with automatic or ocular focus and it is recommended to use it with a floating shoulder strap, both to avoid shocks and to have it at hand in case of need.
