Change - How can i change an order i have just placed?

We can apply any changes to an order not yet shipped, we ask you to notify us the changes by sending an emali to [email protected], specifying the order number.

For the addition of a product just place another order on our website and the shipping costs of the additional order will be refunded. For the removal of a product remember to write clearly the product code and quantity in order to allow us to apply the requested change quickly.

For an error in the shipping address, or other data relating to the delivery entered during the purchase, specifies the incorrect data as per order confirmation received by email and the correct data to be apply for the shipment.

For registered users, changes to your account data can be made from the personal area by logging in from the entry “login”, on the top right of the site on your PC or from the menu at the top right of your smartphone.
