Engine locking device in Off position.The item is equipped with a Run / Stop switch which allows the turbine to operate at the unusual voltages and currents generated by the turbine and to be electrically isolated from battery systems. This switch acts as a temporary brake for the blades it should not be used to stop the turbine for a long time.
