1. Who are you and where do you ship from?

   Helmstock is an e-commerce of boat accessories and items for watersports.

   It was born in 2014, from the desire of combine the passion for boat and sea with the IT skills accumulated in over 8 years of work as a web agency.

   In few years, thanks to a constant commitment of the whole team, we have become one of the main italian realities in our branch

   In 2019 we created the Helmstock brand to offer to the whole world the services consolidated in the italian market.

   We are based in Lucca, Tuscany, from where we personally and carefully ship all the orders that reach us. We firmly believe that time is the most precious asset. For this reason we try to offer valid solutions to simplify the choice and the purchase of the necessary items to live the passion for the sea.

3. Do you take care of the packaging?

   Packaging and logistic are fundamental sections of our company.

   Thanks to the choice of DHL as the main partner for shipments (max 50 kg, 120x80x80 cm) and a obsessive care of every single package, in the last 12 months we succesfully processed over 9000 orders all of them delivered in perfect conditions.
