  1. How can i place an order on your online shop?

    Just follows these 4 simple steps:

    - Add products to the cart using the buttons “add to cart” on the catalog pages (categories and search).

    - From the “Cart” icon at the top left of each page, you can review the contents of your cart and click on “ Proceed to Checkout”.

    - Now, the website will ask to you to enter the shipment data and choose the shipment method and payment method.

    - At last you must check the addresses, shipment method and payment method and click on “ Place Order”

    Your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation from the page and at the email address indicated. For Credit Card payments you will be sent an ID check code via SMS to the phone number associated with the card.

    For Paypal payments you will be sent to the Paypal System to complete the payment, at the end of which you will receive completed order confirmation.

  2. What payment methods are accepted?

    To ensure protection in payments we only accept:

    Bank transfer payment
    Credit Card payment
    Paypal payment

    Online payment methods can hide pitfalls, we frequently hear "my card has been cloned.." for this reason we entrust our payments with credit cards to Paypal, world leader in economic transactions on the web. The only one we feel we can trust right now.

    We currently do not accept cash on delivery payments for orders.

    The bank transfer is still the safest method to issue a remote payment, especially if made from a bank branch.
    It takes 24 to 48 hours for the transfer to be accounted for and the goods to be shipped.

  3. Do i need to register to place an order?

    You absolutely do not need to register to place an order.

    In case you don’t want to register only the shipping details will be requested, then the recipient, address and a phone number for the courier that will be delivered.

    Registering or creating of an account on Helmstock allow you to save time in subsequent purchases, to keep an order history, to manage shipping adresses independently and much more.

    We would like to inform you that we do not use your data to send annoying advertisements or other forms of marketing.

  4. Change - How can i change an order i have just placed?

    We can apply any changes to an order not yet shipped, we ask you to notify us the changes by sending an emali to [email protected], specifying the order number.

    For the addition of a product just place another order on our website and the shipping costs of the additional order will be refunded. For the removal of a product remember to write clearly the product code and quantity in order to allow us to apply the requested change quickly.

    For an error in the shipping address, or other data relating to the delivery entered during the purchase, specifies the incorrect data as per order confirmation received by email and the correct data to be apply for the shipment.

    For registered users, changes to your account data can be made from the personal area by logging in from the entry “login”, on the top right of the site on your PC or from the menu at the top right of your smartphone.

  5. I am a registered user but i can't log in, what can i do?

    Most likely, the password used is incorrect, so you can proceed with the recovery of the password from the following link in the access block immediately below the e-mail and password fields required for access. A new password will be sent to the specified email address. Our advice is to log in with the new password received, go to my account page from the link at the top right of each page and change the password.

    If you do not receive any email or the password recovery system says "no email address", you may have entered an incorrect email address or you are not registered on Helmstock and you will have to repeat the registration from the "Create an Account" item above to the right.

  6. How can i cancel an order?

    To cancel an order it is enough to send an email to [email protected] having as subject “order cancellation #ordernumber#”. Find the order number in the confirmation email you received when sending the purchase.

    You will receive notification of cancellation and refund of the total amount paid, without any cost or commission.

    For the bank transfer payments, if the order has been paid but not yet shipped, you have to send the IBAN with the cancellation request for the full refund.
