1. What kind of warranty do i have on my purchases?

   For all the products purchased on the italian national territory the Law protects the consumer from defective, malfunctioning items that therefore don’t carry out the use declared by the seller already at the time of delivery, even if the problem is found late.

   This compliance warranty is valid for 2 years from receipt of the goods and can be invoked by contacting the seller who, having verified the damage, will recondition or replace the goods at his expense.

   Compliance warranty counts only for those defects already existing at the time of the delivery. For all breakdowns due to wear or inappropriate use of the product or to carelessness of the consumer are not covered by any warranty.

2. How can i request a repair under warranty or a replacement of my purchase?

   To invoke the compliance warranty of the good it is necessary to declare to the seller the defections found within 2 months from its discovery and no later than 2 years from receipt of the good.

   In addition, it is necessary to present the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt), which must be presented to the seller together with the goods for which the compliance warranty is requested.

   For the warranty request simply send an email to [email protected], indicating date and order number, describing the problem in the best way, specifying how this was encountered.

3. Do i have to bear any costs in order to invoke the compliance warranty?

   If the product defect is attributable to a lack of compliance, you will not have to bear any cost.

   In the first six months from the purchase the Law provides that no costs will be charged for the verify of the lack of conformity, after this deadline the request of verification may be charged to expenses, which you will have to bear only in the event that for the specific defect, the compliance warranty is not applicable.
