1. Deliveries - Important recommendations

   To guarantee an excellent delivery service we have chosen DHL as the main partner of our shipments, however it is always good to have a few simple rules in mind: 

   Upon delivery of the goods, make sure that the package results undamaged or inaltered.

   Otherwise, any damage or deficiencies must be immediately contested writing on the proof of delivery of the courier subject to inspection, and specify the externally visible damage on the bill.

   If in doubt always accept parcels subjects to inspection. Once the delivery proof is signed without reservation it will not be possible to refund any damage due to the transport, even in case of insured shipping.

   We take maximum care of our packages e we can praise even less damage on deliveries, at this day lesser than 0,01% of cases.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

   We ship within 24 hours from the receipt of the transfer order, via DHL and BRT express couriers.

   Except for Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia and smaller islands, both of our partners for shipments delivered in 24 working hours from the time of shipment.

   For the aforementioned areas, times go from 48 hours to 72 hours.

   Example: Mr. Rossi buys an article on Monday afternoon at 17:30, with delivery for Milan. This item is shipped the following day, Tuesday, and will be delivered within the next 24 hours or Wednesday. Our main express courier is DHL, for parcels larger than 120x80x80 cm and 50 kg in weight we use BRT.

3. What are the shipping costs for my country?

   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination area, weight/volume and the total value of the cart.

   If you add more products to your cart, the shipping cost will drop to free shipping.

   We ship all orders from our warehouse in Italy with the best express couriers as DHL and UPS.

   Below you can see the basic costs by continent, to know the exact price, add the items to the cart and enter the shipping country in the checkout page.
